We Couldn't Do It Without Them!

August 1, 2017

We thought we'd take a bit of time to thank all the sponsors who have signed on to supporting the 2017  PBM HARDROCK 6HR MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE. Interestingly, the vast majority of these sponsors have signed on again after supporting us last year!

We'd love it if you could check out their businesses, as they are the great people who continue to give back to the community, and mountain bikers in particular. Use the links below the blurbs to visit their associated sites. If you find your way to their FB page feel free to leave a message of thanks to them so they know how much we LOVE THEM!

NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR

PACIFIC BLUE METAL returns for the second year as the naming rights sponsor for our little race. Charlie Kennett and his team are staunch supporters of mountain biking in the Manning-Great Lakes Region, and their continued support is greatly appreciated. We just hope Charlie's bung wing heals up soon, so we can witness him once again pinning it around the Tip Trails at Mach 5!

PARTNER SPONSORS

BARRIER SIGNS have once again provided us with all the signage for the race. This includes race plates, large format advertising signs, course signage  and other banner and sign products. General Manager Dave Collins is a mad MTBer from way way back and one of the original Kiwarrak State Forest MTB bandits! We thank him, the proprietors and staff of Barrier Signs and Juzvolter Graphic Design for their support!

BOURKES BICYCLES have expanded their sponsorship of the 2017 race and event weekend. Just like last year, they'll host the GUIDED SOCIAL RIDE on Saturday the 19th of August, and will also be the official tech support for the race on Sunday. But this year they've dug deeper into their pockets and pulled out a brand spanking new 2018 Specialized Fuse 6FATTIE mountain bike worth $1,400 to give away at the end of the Presentation Ceremony at the end of the race! Paul and Mags, and the guys at Bourkes Bikes are crazy mad MTB riders, and are very active within the Club as well. We thank them for their continuing support to the race and the club!
